Manufacturing process of frosted glass
Cleaning and drying: First, thoroughly clean the flat glass to remove dust and stains, then dry it to ensure that the glass surface is clean and flawless.
Lifting: Place the cleaned and dried flat glass onto the lifting frame, protect the glass with a toothed rubber bracket, and keep the glass vertically arranged to ensure an appropriate distance between the glasses.
Corrosion: Immerse the glass and lifting frame into a corrosion chamber, and use corrosive solution to corrode the surface of the glass, forming a rough surface texture. The corrosion time is usually 5-10 minutes.
Softening: After corrosion, residual substances will adhere to the surface of the glass, which needs to be placed in a softening box for softening treatment to remove the residual substances.

Drying: After cleaning, the frosted glass is placed in the drying room for drying, completing the production of frosted glass.
